(c) register to become a professional service provider (“Become a Pro”).

The Site, Directory Service, and Become a Pro program are collectively referred to as the “Appliance-Repair-Today.com Offerings.”

All individuals who access or use the Site are collectively referred to as “Site Users.”

PLEASE REVIEW THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE APPLIANCE-REPAIR-TODAY.COM OFFERINGS IN ANY MANNER OR FORM.

1. No Liability for Third Parties

You understand and agree that Appliance-Repair-Today.com shall not be liable to you, any other Site User, or any third party for any claim arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Appliance-Repair-Today.com Offerings.

Appliance-Repair-Today.com disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from Third Party Offerings or other products, services, or information obtained through the Site.

Appliance-Repair-Today.com is not responsible for disputes between Site Users.

2. Scope and Modification of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Appliance-Repair-Today.com regarding use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

We may amend the Agreement at any time in our sole discretion without notice. Any changes to dispute resolution provisions shall not apply retroactively to disputes incurred prior to such changes.

If Appliance-Repair-Today.com terminates the Agreement, it shall have no liability to you. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Offerings.

3. Non-Endorsement of Third Parties

Appliance-Repair-Today.com does not sponsor, recommend, or endorse any Third Party Service Providers accessible through the Directory Service.

Some Third Party Service Providers may pay a fee for inclusion in the Directory Service. Appliance-Repair-Today.com does not participate in agreements between Site Users and Third Party Service Providers and does not provide the underlying services.

We make no representations regarding the competency, licensing, insurance, honesty, or integrity of any Third Party Service Provider. Users must conduct their own due diligence.

4. Eligibility Requirements

The Appliance-Repair-Today.com Offerings are available only to individuals capable of entering legally binding contracts.

The Site is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). If you do not meet this requirement, you may not use the Site.

5. Directory Service

The Directory Service connects users with Third Party Service Providers based on service category and ZIP code.

Appliance-Repair-Today.com does not provide home repair services and is not responsible for the terms, quality, availability, or performance of Third Party Offerings.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services by Third Party Service Providers.

6. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Appliance-Repair-Today.com Offerings for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Site or Offerings without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLIANCE-REPAIR-TODAY.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, unless pursued in small claims court.

You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against Appliance-Repair-Today.com.

You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accessing the Site by providing written notice.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created by this Agreement.
